Cohort opportunities are not guaranteed.
SK Collective may decline applications or remove participants if behaviour is:
• disrespectful
• inappropriate
• harmful to the community
• repeatedly unreliable
Cohort participation does not create employment, partnership, or agency relationships.
Cohort members are responsible for ensuring they have any tools or devices needed to participate.
Where fees or contributions apply:
• Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
• All prices may be updated.
• Contributions for early clients are flexible and assessed case by case.
Failure to pay may result in work being delayed or cancelled.
Unless agreed otherwise:
• Clients own the final project deliverables they have paid for.
• SK Collective may retain drafts or internal versions.
• Cohort members may request permission to include work in their portfolio.
SK Collective retains ownership of its brand, website, content, methods, templates, and training materials.
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Clients and cohort members must use respectful, professional communication at all times.
