Who We Are

SK Collective began with a simple idea: great work and great opportunity should not be limited by geography and background.

With roots in both the UK and Nigeria, our founders saw two realities:

•  UK businesses, start-ups, and social enterprises struggling to access affordable and reliable digital support.

• Talented early-career professionals in Nigeria who were skilled, motivated, and creative, but often overlooked or underused. 

The Samuel-Kanu Collective was created to bridge that gap. From the beginning, we knew this would require more than matching talent to tasks. It required mentorship, structure, and long-term thinking.

Today, SK Collective connects UK organisations with ambitious, mentored professionals in Nigeria. We sit in the middle, listening carefully, guiding each project, mentoring our network through structured pathways, and ensuring clear communication and accountable delivery. 

Our mission is to make high-quality digital services accessible and affordable for UK organisations, while providing Nigerian professionals with the skills, experience, and connections they need to thrive in the global digital economy.
